Mark your calendars now for the Denver Rose Society 2010 Symposium on
March 20. We have a very educational lineup focused on Earth-Kind®
Roses. Symposium schedule is as follows:

10:15 Peggy Williams, ARS Rocky Mountain District Director and
Consulting Rosarian will begin the 2010 Symposium with an overview of
the Earth-Kind® rose program.

10:45 Bart Richards, owner of Arbor Rock, Inc. will present
the benefits of using expanded shale in your rose garden and entire
landscape.

11:30 Tamla Blunt, Plant Disease Clinic Diagnostician and
Extension Specialist at Colorado State University will speak about the
Northern Earth-Kind® Rose Trial Test Garden outside of Ft. Collins.

12:30 Consulting Rosarian Expert Panel, including two of our
Master Consulting Rosarians, who will answer any and all rose questions
including Mile-Hi Rose Feed, pruning and general rose care.
Available for sale will be Mile-Hi Rose Feed, the Growing Roses in
Colorado book, memberships and more. We have many GREAT door prizes
to give away, and DBG Cafe service will be open for refreshment
purchases. The Symposium is FREE to attend with paid admission to the
Denver Botanic Gardens. Please plan to join us and extend invitations to
family and friends. |
